Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership fees may be refunded at any time during the membership year if the member is dissatisfied with their membership.   Memberships may not be transferred to a new or another employee.  Memberships are not refundable if an employee leaves their employers.  Fees for lunch meetings and the fall conference may be refunded in full if cancellation is received 24 hours before the meeting.    If a member is dissatisfied with the meeting or food served, fees for the lunch meeting or fall conference may be refunded upon a 51% or greater vote by the members of the ESMGMA Executive Committee. 

Cancellation policy:  Membership fees are fully refundable at any time during the membership year if the member is dissatisfied with their membership.   Once a member has sent in a reservation for a scheduled meeting, the reservation may only be cancelled 24 hours before the meeting.    This helps our meeting hosts have an accurate count for lunch and allows members on the waiting list to be substituted.
